Han Solo is a fictional character in the Star Wars saga, prominently featured in the Original Trilogy. Smuggler, scoundrel, and eventually a hero of the Rebel Alliance, Solo is known for his quick wit, piloting skills, and loyalty to his friends.

First appearing in Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope (1977), he is initially motivated by financial gain, piloting the Millennium Falcon for transport.

The "desert skiff" version of Han Solo specifically refers to his appearance in Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi. In this episode, Solo has been freed from Carbonite after a rescue mission.

This version of the character is seen battling Jabba the Hutt and his forces on Tatooine, culminating in his near-execution via the Sarlacc pit on a desert skiff. He eventually helps defeat the Hutt and contributes to the Rebellion's victory over the Empire.
